Christmas lunch out of the ordinary!
At Ravelinen in Christianshavn, you get the best Christmas lunch in town made from scratch with fresh ingredients – no skipping the line. And all served by sweet waiters who want the best for you!
We are located 200 meters from Christianshavns Torv by Metro, so take the shortest trip of the year to idyllic views of the water. We have room for 360 guests and are ready to take good care of you 🙂
No standing in line!
When you walk in the door, you’ll be greeted by our hostesses who will show you to your table. And there will be staff ready to take your coats, so you don’t have to queue for the cloakroom.
Our delicious Christmas food is served at the table on smaller platters so you can concentrate on socializing with your colleagues and having a wonderful experience. The drinks are also served at the table, so you can concentrate on the great stories to be told 🙂
Opening hours!
It all starts at 18:30 and then the event runs until 02:00, when we say thank you for tonight. Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to open the doors earlier than immediately before due to a number of lunch guests who also need to finish in the right way.
And of course, we will always be mindful to comply with any regulatory requirements at the time – and there will always be plenty of hand sanitizer placed in key locations.
Polish your dancing shoes
When the rice a la man is served, our fantastic house band starts up. With experienced musicians from blah. Christopher, Gulddreng, Peter AG, Wafande & Tamra Rosanes led by Morten Wittrock.
After the band, control of the dance floor will be taken over by our popular DJ who will play popular dance music from the last 30 years for the rest of the evening.
In other words, the framework is more than ready. Bring it on 🙂
Dates
The events will take place on Friday 14. Nov + Nov 21 + Nov 28 + Nov 5 + Dec 5 + Dec 12. Dec. 2025.
On these days, only this setup will be running in the evening.
The event is also open for Saturday 6. December.
The delightful Christmas menu:
- Curry herring from Bornholm with apples
- Christiansø Girl’s red herring
– with sour cream, capers, red onion, smiling egg and dill -
Fish fillet of fresh, breaded flounder fillet with coarse remoulade and lemon

Veal liver pâté with pepper bacon and roasted mushrooms

Butcher’s own Christmas medister with apple and thyme

Confit French Berberi duck leg with raw pickled lingonberries

– served with pickled cucumber salad, red cabbage, beetroot and coarse mustard -
Risalamande made with real vanilla, cherry sauce and sugar roasted almonds
There will also be centrally located bowls and platters with a selection of fresh fruit for free use.
After the Christmas meal, coffee/tea is served at the table when dessert is served.
Throughout the Christmas party, beer, wine and water are served ad libitum, i.e. red and white wine, regular lager, Tuborg Christmas and all kinds of regular soft drinks.
Envelope price for Friday with cloakroom, delicious Christmas menu incl. coffee, live band, DJ and all mentioned drinks ad libitum until 02:00: DKK 1,548 incl. VAT. Minimum 8 envelopes.
– however, a discount of DKK 150 per envelope if you choose the dates 14. Nov.

Practical information:
- Our garden is transformed into a heated conservatory overlooking the water and the old ramparts.
- Parking is available in front of the restaurant for a fee. Parking is reserved for restaurant guests only. Therefore, use your EasyPark app with area no. 8743 and Torvegade 79 will appear – and then set the parking time otherwise.
Please note that handicap sign in connection with. parking cannot be used. -
When you arrive, we are ready to take your outerwear. In the staffed cloakroom, you pick up your outerwear at the end of the evening. We do not guarantee for any lost contents or jackets. And we cannot hand out clothes without a wardrobe tag.

Location-wise, you can be placed in our conservatory or in one of our 2 nice pavilions – unfortunately we cannot guarantee location.

Christmas food is served at the table and comes on smaller platters, so you can stay at the table and not have to get up to get food. And in this way, the food is also served freshly plated.

The music is played in our conservatory, so if you are located in one of our pavilions, you will have to move to the music on the dance floor in the conservatory.

Prices include VAT, tablecloths, napkins, Christmas decorations, live music and DJ.

All prices above are inclusive of VAT.
Reservation fee and economy:
- Upon reservation, a confirmation will be sent out immediately after the reservation and a reservation fee of DKK 600 per ordered envelope will be charged, which will be deducted from the final account.
- When making the payment, please include the booking number so that we can see which reservation the payment relates to.
- Our bank connection is: Nykredit Reg: 8117 Account: 4518297
- If the final number is less than ordered until October 1. October, 50% of the deposit for the reduced number of envelopes will be refunded.
- If the final quantity is less than ordered later than 19 days before, 50% of the full envelope price will be charged for the fewer envelopes.
- If the final quantity is less than ordered later than 12 days before, 75% of the full envelope price will be charged for the fewer envelopes.
- If the final quantity is less than ordered later than 5 days before, the full envelope price will be charged for the fewer envelopes.
- If there are more of you than expected, we will of course try to arrange extra seats, but this cannot be guaranteed as the days typically sell out and we sell the seats we have.
- The above shall be considered a confirmation which, if not canceled immediately upon receipt, will be considered valid.
- We would like you to settle the remaining part of the envelope price no later than 3 days before the event.
- Any additional drinks used during the evening can be settled on the night.
- If the invoice needs to be forwarded, there will be an invoice fee of DKK 50.
