GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Busy situations can occur with us that mean waiting time, although of course we do everything we can to avoid these situations. Enjoy the company – and we’ll be there as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are in a time where we cannot always be optimally staffed if many guests want to arrive at the same time. We therefore need to ask for your understanding and acceptance of these situations and that some waiting time may occur. We hope we can make it all worth it with our nice place, sweet waiters and delicious food.

We are happy to help with special menu needs. We are happy to help with children’s menus, vegetarian food and other special needs as long as it is possible for us to help to a reasonable degree.

In general, we regret that we cannot offer vegan menus and there may be other conditions we cannot help with.

PARKING:

For parking, you can park in front of the restaurant for a fee. Parking is reserved for restaurant guests only. Therefore, use your EasyPark app with area no. 8743 and Torvegade 79 will appear – and then set the parking time otherwise.
Please note that handicap sign in connection with. parking cannot be used.

PRINCIPLES – for reservations in general:

To guarantee your reservation, Restaurant Ravelinen needs your payment card information. This is unfortunately due to an increasing tendency to not keep their reservations. No amount will be charged to your card at this time. However, a fee of DKK 200 per envelope will be deducted from the card in case of no-show or if the table is canceled later than 48 hours before expected arrival.

If the number of guests is downgraded later than 48 hours before arrival, there will also be a fee for the number of envelopes you downgrade by, as we have planned according to the original order. We also have to stick to the number of guests booked for and we cannot necessarily adjust the number of seats on the day. Please give us an opportunity to say on or off by adjusting the number before arrival.

Remember that both parties are of course bound by a reservation according to industry rules. These are our terms and conditions, which are therefore part of the contractual basis for both parties. Of course, if you do not accept our terms and conditions, please remember to respond with an objection.

PRINCIPLES – for reservations for 8-11 guests:

To avoid additional waiting time for you and other guests, we ask that you choose a relatively similar menu. Children and vegetarians are of course excluded.

For lunch, it could be one of our lovely cold tables where you get to taste a little of everything. Alternatively, it could be a maximum of 2 different dishes at each round of table service. So if you choose 3 rounds of table service, you can order 2 different types of dishes in each of the 3 rounds of service.

For dinner, it will be possible to choose between 2 starters and 2 main courses. Cheese and desserts are ordered as needed on the evening.

If there are any changes to numbers, times or menu, please let us know as soon as possible if we need to correct anything. Otherwise, we will of course stick to the agreement we have made and the general rules for cancellations below.

We expect you to order drinks for the food as needed on the day, which are settled together with the food. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay individually – but we are happy to help you split the bill into several tables if this is the case.

PRINCIPLES – for reservations for 12 guests or more:

As a group, you will have to choose a similar menu in advance to avoid unnecessary waiting time. Unfortunately, we don’t have the possibility to do it differently.

Regarding drinks, we ask that you make a general order for the table(s) to avoid unnecessary waiting time for you and other guests.

In general, it will not be possible to make individual orders, but in case of special needs, we will of course be happy to try to help.

Drinks are settled together with the food. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay individually – but we are happy to help you split the bill into several tables if this is the case.

If there are any changes to numbers, times or menu, please let us know as soon as you know if we need to correct anything. Otherwise, we will of course stick to the agreement we have made and the general rules for cancellations below.

Particularly for parties, downward adjustments in the otherwise agreed number of participants that we have planned for – later than 14 days before the event, we ask for 50% of the full envelope price for the fewer envelopes than otherwise agreed, 75% of the full envelope price for the fewer envelopes than otherwise agreed later than 8 days before and 100% of the full envelope price for the fewer envelopes than otherwise agreed later than 5 days before the event. If no other envelope price is agreed in the confirmation, we assume an envelope price of DKK 500 for lunch and DKK 600 for dinner.

If there are more envelopes than agreed, we will of course try to make this possible, but this cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to cancel.

GENERAL PRINCIPLES:

If someone at the table is unlucky and someone breaks crockery or anything else beyond what is reasonable in connection with the visit, this will be added to the bill. This will be added to the bill, just as it costs DKK 500 if you have to clean up after someone who has gotten there badly. Of course, we hope you will help to prevent this from happening, but it will be the host’s responsibility to keep track of other guests at the table(s) to a reasonable degree.

If a situation should arise where we are subject to external restrictions that may change parts of an otherwise agreed event, we will of course always try to compensate in our agreement, so that the event can still be held and you have received value for the agreed envelope price.

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to move an event at no cost, depending on how early you are in the process of requesting a relocation.

Unless otherwise agreed, we adhere to the general cancellation policy and the binding agreement made by both parties.
