Ravelinen’s Annual Oktoberfest<\/strong><\/h2>\n


\nOn Friday, October 2, 2026, at 5:30 PM,<\/b> the annual Oktoberfest will take place.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This evening at Ravelinen, our cozy summer restaurant will be transformed into the city’s best Oktoberfest with a panoramic view over the moat. An evening where the menu is inspired by the Bavarian and Austrian delicacies that characterize a true Oktoberfest.
\n<\/span>No queue at the buffet
\n<\/b>We all know it. When the first group of guests has visited the buffet, it looks like a Prussian battlefield. Therefore we\u2019ve decided to serve the delicious food at the table. Hence there will be no standing in line, and you can focus on enjoying the company of your friends or colleagues and have a pleasant experience. If anyone wants more food, just ask your waiter.<\/p>\n

Welcome and cloakroom
\n<\/b>When you enter our door, you will be greeted by our hostesses in Oktoberfest costumes, who will welcome you and show you to your table. There will be coat racks for outerwear.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And there will be homemade pretzels and delicious cold beer ready upon arrival.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Live music and DJ<\/b>
\nThroughout the event, there will be a Tyrolean orchestra and a DJ who will play popular music throughout the evening.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Activity<\/b>
\nAs usual, we will provide the popular activity with the log where nails can be hammered in.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Times<\/b>
\nThe Oktoberfest starts at 5:30 PM and ends at midnight when the restaurant closes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Number of guests
\n<\/b>There will be a required minimum of eight guests per booking for this evening.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>\u2022 Small wiener schnitzels with herb butter
\n<\/span>\u2022 Roasted potatoes with bacon and gravy
\n<\/span>\u2022 Classic potato salad with chives
\n<\/span>\u2022 Classic coleslaw\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dessert<\/b>

\u2022 Apfelstrudel sprinkled with powdered sugar and vanilla cream on the side

Throughout the Oktoberfest event, delicious beer, house wines, and regular soft drinks will be served unlimited until 11:45 PM. Drinks will be served at the table by our waiters or can be picked up at the bar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We will also provide carafes of water on the tables throughout the dinner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Price per person: 1.075 dkr including VAT.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Liquor<\/b>
\nAdditionally, you can purchase wristbands for a bar arrangement that also includes regular spirits, three varieties of shots, and ice-cold J\u00e4germeister shots \u2013 all unlimited.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Additional price for the spirits wristband: 195 dkr including VAT.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Practical information
\n<\/b>\u2022 Our garden will be transformed into a heated conservatory with a view over the water and the old ramparts. We will ensure the warmth, but it would be wise to remember that it is winter, and there will be doors opening and closing in connection with smoking. Likewise, some areas may be a bit cooler than others.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 We will set up nicely at parallel long tables, and the serving staff will, of course, be in Oktoberfest costumes.
\n<\/span>\u2022 We encourage you as guests to also come wearing costumes \u2013 it’s just more fun that way.
\n<\/span>\u2022 The Oktoberfest starts at 17:30 and ends at 24:00, when the restaurant closes.
\n\u2022 Wardrobe racks will be available during the event for free use and at your own risk.
\n\u2022 You may be seated in our conservatory or inside the pavilions. The live music and DJ will be located in the conservatory.
\n<\/span>\u2022 The food is served at the table and comes on plates, so you don’t have to wait in line and the food is served freshly prepared.
\n\u2022 The food will, of course, be served on porcelain and with real cutlery, while drinks will be served in plastic cups to avoid any glass shards when the music is playing.
\n<\/span>\u2022 We have space for 200 guests, and we are ready to help you have an exceptionally pleasant evening.
\n<\/span>\u2022 All the above prices include VAT.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Parking and possible waiting time<\/b>
\nYou can now park in front of the restaurant for a fee. Parking is reserved exclusively for the restaurant’s guests. Therefore, use your EasyPark app with area number 8743, and Torvegade 79 will appear \u2013 then just set the parking time. Please note that handicap sign in connection with. parking cannot be used.<\/p>\n

There may be busy periods and thus waiting times during peak periods. We do everything to avoid this and hope we can make up for it with our fine place, sweet waiters, and delicious food. Enjoy the company \u2013 we will be there as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

Principles \u2013 for reservations in general<\/b>
\nTo guarantee your reservation, Ravelinen requires your credit card information. This is due to an unfortunately increasing tendency of table reservations not being honored. No amount will be charged to your card in advance, but a fee of 200 DKK per guest will be charged in case of no-show or cancellation of the table less than 48 hours before the expected arrival.<\/p>\n

If the number of guests is reduced later than 48 hours before arrival, a fee will also generally be charged for the number of covers reduced, as we have planned according to the original order. We cannot necessarily adjust the number of seats on the day. Please give us the opportunity to confirm or decline by adjusting the number of guests before arrival.<\/p>\n

For changes in the number of guests, times, or menu, please let us know as soon as possible if we need to make any adjustments. Otherwise, we will adhere to the agreed arrangement and the general cancellation rules below.<\/p>\n

Remember that both parties are bound by a reservation according to industry rules. These are our business terms and therefore part of the agreement for both parties. Of course, remember to respond with an objection if you cannot accept our business terms.<\/p>\n

General principles regarding menu selection, drinks, billing, number of guests, and obligations \u2013 see the bottom of the confirmation.<\/p>\n

Principles \u2013 for reservations for 8-11 guests<\/b>
\nTo minimize waiting time for you and other guests, we ask you to choose a relatively similar menu. Children and vegetarians are, of course, exempt.<\/p>\n

For lunch, it could be one of our lovely cold platters, where you get to taste a bit of everything. Alternatively, a maximum of two different dishes per serving round. That is, if you choose three rounds of servings at the table, two different dishes can be ordered per round.<\/p>\n

For dinner, you can choose between two starters and two main courses. Cheese and desserts can be ordered as wished on the evening.<\/p>\n

Drinks with the meal are ordered as needed on the day and billed together with the meal. Unfortunately, it is not possible to bill individually.<\/p>\n

Principles \u2013 for reservations for 12 guests or more<\/b>
\nThe entire table orders the same menu to minimize waiting time for you and other guests.<\/p>\n

Drinks are ordered via general orders to the table(s) to minimize waiting time for you and other guests.<\/p>\n

Generally, it is not possible to make individual orders, but we are very happy to try to accommodate special needs.<\/p>\n

Drinks are billed in total with the meal. Unfortunately, it is not possible to bill individually, but we are happy to help split the bill into separate tables if needed.<\/p>\n

For cancellations or reductions in the number of guests, the following fees apply:<\/p>\n

Less than 14 days before the event: 50% of the full cover price for the canceled covers.
\nLess than 8 days before the event: 75% of the full cover price for the canceled covers.
\nLess than 5 days before the event: 100% of the full cover price for the canceled covers.<\/p>\n

If no other cover price is agreed in the confirmation, we base it on a cover price of 500 DKK for lunch and 600 DKK for dinner. If you need more covers than what originally was agreed, we will, of course, try to accommodate the extra covers, but we cannot guarantee it and reserve the right to decline.<\/p>\n

General principles
\n<\/b>If an accident should occur and someone at the table damages service or anything else beyond what\u2019s reasonable, this will be added to the bill.<\/p>\n

Likewise, we impose a fee of 500 DKK if we need to clean up after someone who has become unwell.<\/p>\n

It will be the host’s responsibility to reasonably keep track of the other guests at the table(s).<\/p>\n

Should a situation arise where we are externally imposed restrictions that may change parts of an otherwise agreed arrangement, we will, of course, always try to compensate in our agreement so that the event can still be held, and you get value for the agreed cover price.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to move an event without costs, depending on how early the request for relocation is made. Unless otherwise agreed, we adhere to the general cancellation rules and the binding agreement made by both parties.<\/p>\n

Our general conditions are prepared in accordance with HORESTA\u2019s standard conditions for the restaurant industry.<\/p>\n

Credit Cards
\n<\/b>Your card information is securely stored by Nets, and Ravelinen does not have access to it. The information is automatically deleted after your visit.<\/p>\n

Payments made with Dankort and personal credit cards are free of charge, while corporate credit cards and foreign credit cards incur a 3.2 % surcharge. This is due to similar fees charged to us by the card providers for corporate and foreign credit cards.
