GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Busy situations may arise with us, which means waiting time, although we of course do everything we can to avoid these situations. Enjoy the company – and we will be there as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are in a time where we cannot always be optimally staffed in relation to the fact that many guests want to come at the same time. We therefore have to ask for your understanding and acceptance of these situations and that there may be some waiting time. PARKING:
Regarding parking, you can park in front of the restaurant for a fee. Parking is reserved for restaurant guests only. Therefore, use your EasyPark app with area code 8743 and Torvegade 79 will appear – and then set the parking time.
PRINCIPLES – for reservations in general:
To guarantee your reservation, Restaurant Ravelinen needs your payment card information. This is unfortunately due to an increasing tendency not to comply with table reservations. No amount will be deducted from the card now. However, a fee of DKK 200 per person will be deducted from the card in the event of no-show or cancellation of the table later than 48 hours before expected arrival.
In the event of a reduction in the number of guests later than 48 hours before arrival, there will also, as a starting point, be a fee for the number of persons by which you reduce, as we have allocated according to the original order. And we also have to stick to the number of guests that have been booked for and we cannot necessarily adjust the number of seats on the day. Please give us an opportunity to say yes or no by adjusting the number before arrival.

Remember that we both parties are of course bound by a reservation in accordance with industry rules. These are our terms of business, which are therefore part of the basis of the agreement for both parties. Of course, remember to react with an objection if you cannot accept our terms of business.

PRINCIPLES – for reservations for 8-11 guests:
In order to avoid further waiting time for you and other guests, we ask that you choose a relatively uniform menu. Children and vegetarians are of course exempt.
For lunch, it could be one of our lovely cold tables, where you get to taste a little of everything. Alternatively, there could be a maximum of 2 different dishes at each round of servings at the table. So if 3 rounds of servings are chosen at the table, 2 different kinds of dishes can be ordered in each of the 3 rounds of serving.
For dinner, it will be possible to choose between 2 starters and 2 main courses. Cheese and desserts are ordered as needed on the evening.

We expect you to order drinks for the food as needed on the day, which will be paid for together with the food. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay individually – but we are happy to help divide the bill into several tables if this is the case.
PRINCIPLES – for reservations for 12 guests or more:
As a group, you have to choose a uniform menu in advance to avoid unnecessary waiting time. Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to do it differently.
With regard to drinks, we would like you to make general orders for the table(s) to avoid unnecessary waiting time for you and other guests.
In general, it will not be possible to make individual orders, but in the event of special needs, we will of course be very happy to try to be helpful.
Drinks are paid for together with the food. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay individually – but we are happy to help divide the bill into several tables if this is the case.
If there are changes to the number, times or menu, please let us know as soon as you know, if we need to correct something. Otherwise, we will of course stick to the agreement we have made and the general rules for cancellation below.
Especially for companies, reductions in the otherwise agreed number of participants that we have allocated after – later than 14 days before the event, we ask for 50% of the full price per person for the fewer persons than otherwise agreed, 75% of the full price per person for the fewer persons than otherwise agreed later than 8 days before and 100% of the full price per person for the fewer persons than otherwise agreed later than 5 days before the event. If no other price per person is agreed in the confirmation, we assume a price per person of DKK 500 for lunch and DKK 600 for dinner.
If there should be more persons than agreed, we will of course try to see if this can be done, but this cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to pass.
GENERAL PRINCIPLES:
If an accident should occur to someone at the table and someone damages service or other things beyond what is reasonable in connection with the visit, this will be added to the bill, just as it costs DKK 500 if someone has to clean up after someone who has had a bad time. Of course, I hope you will help to ensure that this does not happen, but it will be the host’s responsibility to a reasonable extent to keep track of other guests at the table(s).
If a situation should arise where we are subject to restrictions from the outside, which may change parts of an otherwise agreed arrangement, we will of course always try to compensate in our agreement, so that the arrangement can still be held and you have received value for the price per person that has been agreed.
Unfortunately, it is not always possible to move an arrangement without costs, depending on how early you are with the request for a move.
Unless otherwise agreed, we adhere to the general cancellation rules and the binding agreement we have both parties made.
