Ravelinen’s Annual Asparagus Party
On Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM, we will taste the new asparagus in several delicious variations.
As in previous years, Ravelinen celebrates the start of the season for the delightful asparagus. We do this with a cozy and informal event featuring exceptionally delicious food. The evening offers four different dishes that highlight the flavorful asparagus.
We start with snacks and a welcome drink from Copenhagen Distillery, followed by a four-course menu and ending with coffee and sweets. Our skilled chefs and students will prepare the snacks, one of the dishes, and the sweets.
To create the other three dishes, we’ll invite some of the city’s most talented chefs to show their skills. They will design the dishes and cook them in the kitchen on the evening. The guest chef team has not been finalized yet, but it will, of course, be a formidable team as always.
The event takes place in Ravelinen’s cozy garden with a scenic view over the water, where you will sit at long tables with other food-loving guests.
In addition to the delicious food, a lovely wine menu paired with the dishes, as well as coffee and tea, will be served.
The asparagus party begins at 4:00 PM and is expected to end around 10:00 PM.
Price per person: 1,200 DKK all-inclusive.
Tickets can only be purchased via Ravelinen’s website on a first-come, first-served basis.
