The Menu – The Grand Danish Cold Table:
· Bornholm curried herring with crisp apple, soft-boiled egg and dill
· Christiansø “Pigens” spiced herring with airy horseradish crème fraîche
· Fried herring with mustard, dill, lightly creamed potatoes with chives and radishes
· Freshly breaded plaice fillet with coarse remoulade, dill and lemon
· Smoked Faroese salmon with warm scrambled eggs, chives and Jerusalem artichoke chips
· Chicken salad made from Rokkedahl chicken with green asparagus and pancetta bacon
· Traditional Danish liver pâté with bacon, sautéed mushrooms, pickled beetroot and cucumber salad
· Danish roast pork with crispy crackling, apple-marinated red cabbage and cucumber salad
· Two regional Danish cheeses, honey-pickled walnuts from our own beehive, and crispbread

– beverages can be ordered separately on the day according to your preference.
Entertainment
For this special occasion, our little house orchestra will provide wonderful live music, with a few special features throughout the day.
