Payment:

Products and tickets can only be ordered from ravelinen.dk via online payment. All prices are in Danish kroner and include Danish VAT.

The following cards can be used for payment:

Dankort, VISA/Dankort and MasterCard – including VISA Electron, Maestro, V PAY and Eurocard

Delivery:

It is important that your e-mail address is entered correctly, as we will send your receipt to your e-mail address.

Purchased gift cards are delivered by Post Denmark within 1-10 business days from when your order is received

When purchasing tickets for events, a receipt and confirmation of the purchase will be sent via the e-mail address entered.

Security:

We use a secure SSL encrypted payment solution to ensure that orders and personal data can only be read by computers and employees at Ravelinen.dk. Payment card information cannot be read by employees.
When paying with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment statement. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL.

Right of withdrawal:

You generally have 14 days’ right of withdrawal after receiving your shipment. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the item in a way that obviously impairs the item’s sales value significantly. Returned goods must therefore be in a saleable condition, and any seal must not be broken.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must pay the postage yourself to return the item. Goods must be sent to:

Purchased gift cards are delivered by Post Denmark within 1-10 business days from when your order is received and have a validity period of 3 years from the date of purchase.ยจ
When you regret a purchase where you have paid online, the purchase amount will of course be refunded to you. This is done by a reversal to the card that you used to pay for the item with, when we have received the item back and checked that it meets the rules for the cancellation.

Note that we do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).

Please note that you may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has been reduced because you have actually used the item, or because it has been damaged while you were responsible for it.

Should you have received a damaged item, please send it back to the address below, after which a new item will be sent –

When you return the item, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible.
Note! We do not accept goods sent COD or similar
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for dispatch, so we can refund your shipping costs
