Payment:
Products and tickets can only be purchased on ravelinen.dk via online payment. All prices are in Danish kroner and include Danish VAT.
The following cards can be used for payment:
Dankort, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard (including VISA Electron), Maestro, V PAY and Eurocard.
Delivery:
It is important that your email address is entered correctly, as we will send your receipt via email.
Purchased gift cards are delivered by PostNord within 1–10 business days from the time your order is received.
When purchasing tickets for events, the receipt and purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
Security:
We use a secure SSL-encrypted payment solution to ensure that orders and personal data can only be accessed by computers and staff at Ravelinen.dk. Payment card information cannot be accessed by employees.
When you pay by card, you are always protected against misuse, as you have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment statement. You carry no liability in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL encryption.
Right of Withdrawal:
You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your shipment. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. The right lapses if you use the item in a way that clearly reduces its resale value significantly. Returned items must therefore be in a saleable condition, and any seal must not be broken.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you must pay the return shipping costs yourself. Items must be sent to:

Please note that we do not accept packages sent COD (Cash on Delivery).
Be aware that you may lose part or all of your purchase amount if the value of the item has been reduced because you actually used the item, or because it was damaged while in your possession.

If you have received a damaged item, please return it to the address below, after which a replacement item will be sent to you:

When returning the item, please describe the problem as thoroughly as possible.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and make sure to obtain a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
